Senior People Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Oversee lifecycle operations from start to finish, encompassing onboarding, offboarding, key milestone events, community-building initiatives, and weekly company-wide meetings.

• Manage vendor relationships related to People operations, including SW, Nectar, Hexnode, and Net Universe.

• Sustain and enhance systems such as Deel, Nectar, Notion, and Google Drive.

• Create multi-step automations and supervise internal bots to scale operations effectively.

• Determine when interactions with Vivan necessitate AI involvement versus human assistance.

• Coordinate payroll and IT procedures, which include bonuses and quarterly payments.

• Oversee IT logistics, such as laptop distribution and ensuring cybersecurity compliance.

• Track talent engagement signals and proactively mitigate disengagement by refining processes and enhancing communication.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Executive, People, Marketing, Product Operations, or related fields.

• Strong practical experience with UI/UX is highly advantageous.

• Regular utilization of AI as a fundamental aspect of operations, which includes designing automations, analyzing data, and accelerating processes.

• Advanced proficiency in Notion, capable of architecting a database.

• A "figure it out" mentality that connects existing tools to create enhanced workflows.

• Strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent time management abilities and structured communication skills.

• Capacity to prioritize based on impact and manage expectations across various stakeholders.

• Emotional intelligence and the ability to maintain boundaries while demonstrating care for Vivans through well-structured processes.

• Must be able to work remotely from Latin America, particularly Argentina, Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Colombia, Ecuador, or Mexico.
