This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Direct Cint’s worldwide People Operations services, processes, and infrastructure throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Manage a responsive first line of People support with defined service levels, case management, and risk-based escalation.
• Enhance team capabilities to consistently address standard Employee Relations issues.
• Take ownership of and continuously enhance employee-lifecycle processes, the People knowledge hub, policies, and guidance.
• Establish clear ownership, handoffs, and escalation paths while ensuring a balance between global consistency and local requirements.
• Oversee HRIS and the operational performance, accuracy, controls, and governance of People data.
• Collaborate with People Technology on workflows, integrations, and system enhancements.
• Develop ticketing, knowledge, and self-service experiences.
• Redesign workflows prior to automation and implement AI-enabled processes where advantageous.
• Assess experience, quality, speed, scalability, and capacity generated.
• Define and execute the People Operations transformation roadmap.
• Leverage service insights to uncover root causes and organizational opportunities.
• Direct the operational management of Cint’s global benefits portfolio, including implementation, governance, vendor management, and employee experience.
• Mentor and cultivate a high-performing global People Operations and Employee Relations team.
• Manage a blended workforce of individuals and AI agents with clearly defined roles, workflows, and accountability.
• Foster a culture centered around outcomes, root-cause problem-solving, strategy, and hands-on execution.
• Extensive experience in leading a global People Operations, HR Operations, Shared Services, Employee Experience, or similar function.
• Proven experience in developing global teams.
• Strong operational understanding across employee support, Employee Relations, HRIS, People data, policies, and the employee lifecycle.
• Demonstrated history of transforming operations, streamlining processes, enhancing service delivery, and implementing workflows, self-service, automation, or AI-enabled solutions.
• Experience in establishing effective case management, ticketing, or tiered support models.
• Sound judgment regarding what can be standardized and what requires deeper expertise or context.
• Strong systems thinking, analytical skills, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to integrate technology, processes, policies, roles, and employee experience.
• Interest in AI and emerging technologies, coupled with a pragmatic approach.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled HR workflows, HiBob or similar platforms, global Shared Services transformation, employee self-service or knowledge management, and/or experience in a fast-paced international technology company would be advantageous.
