This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Deliver daily support for Workday, encompassing solution design, configuration, troubleshooting, testing, and maintenance across various functional areas.
• Act as a Workday Subject Matter Expert (SME) for HR stakeholders and end users.
• Review and manage Workday business process approvals, including terminations, job changes, and new hires.
• Serve as the Reporting Lead for Human Resources, developing advanced and ad hoc reports, dashboards, discovery boards, and calculated fields.
• Establish reporting logic to enhance efficiency and ensure data integrity.
• Conduct audits, pinpoint and rectify data discrepancies, and convert data into actionable insights.
• Supervise Workday integrations, focusing on administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to guarantee dependable integrations.
• Manage Workday security configurations, including security group management, access reviews, and compliance adherence.
• Lead or assist in Workday releases, upgrades, feature adoption, testing, requirements documentation, and improvements.
• Support the design, documentation, and optimization of HR processes.
• Research the Workday Community for solutions and best practices on the platform.
• Work with HR, Payroll, Finance, and other stakeholders to create technical solutions.
• Document processes, maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and facilitate training and knowledge transfer.
• Assist in data governance for HR and employee information.
• A Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
• Over 5 years of hands-on Workday experience with robust functional and technical expertise across HCM and related modules.
• Must possess Workday Pro certification in Integrations, Security, and Reporting.
• Ability to independently build and maintain integrations, manage security group configurations, and develop reports.
• Required experience in Workday reporting, integrations, and security administration.
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret data, troubleshoot issues, and drive enhancements in HR systems and processes.
• Proven experience in conducting audits, process reviews, diagnostic testing, and system performance evaluations.
• Excellent communication and partnership skills, capable of translating technical information into user-friendly guidance.
• Ability to produce high-quality work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and ownership.
• Experience training HR and operational teams on Workday functionalities.
• Ability to remain updated on Workday enhancements, industry trends, and emerging best practices.
• Preferred experience in the healthcare sector or other complex, compliance-driven industries.
