This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Evaluate open positions prior to posting to ensure alignment with role specifications, level, and budget.
• Oversee the applicant tracking system and enhance the experience for both candidates and interviewers.
• Identify and resolve process bottlenecks.
• Facilitate handoffs between the recruiting partner, hiring managers, and the People team.
• Collaborate with managers on performance discussions, preparation for calibration, and application of the career framework.
• Assist managers in preparing for challenging conversations and in enhancing their own skills.
• Encourage career discussions across various departments.
• Recognize recurring management challenges and suggest systemic solutions.
• Manage the performance review cycle comprehensively, including timelines, templates, communications, and completion.
• Prepare evidence-based sessions for calibration.
• Keep accurate records of promotions and performance documentation.
• Report on the effectiveness of the performance cycle.
• Handle employee relations cases from initiation to closure with fairness and discretion.
• Elevate issues to the People Operations leadership as necessary.
• Oversee onboarding throughout each new team member's first 90 days.
• Coordinate onboarding processes with IT, hiring managers, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Manage offboarding processes and maintain organized administrative procedures.
• Support engagement initiatives, surveys, cultural celebrations, wellness programs, volunteer days, and benefits utilization.
• Ensure lifecycle documentation is up to date and audit-ready.
• Report directly to the Director of People Operations and collaborate across all departments.
• Previous experience as an HR business partner or in People Ops at multiple organizations.
• Background in handling employee relations casework.
• Proven experience managing programs with defined timelines, dependencies, and delivery deadlines.
• Experience in coaching managers through calibration and challenging conversations.
• Capability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
• Skill in identifying and addressing issues proactively.
• Ability to balance the needs of the team with those of the organization.

• Must confirm that the standardized salary of $116,050 matches salary expectations.
