This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Implement the enterprise vision, strategy, and roadmap for key process domains throughout the 1031 exchange transaction lifecycle.

• Act as the primary subject matter expert and governance lead for designated functional areas.

• Challenge existing operating models and revamp workflows into scalable, digital-first, automation-enabled solutions.

• Collaborate with leadership, operational stakeholders, product teams, and technology organizations on initiatives for process transformation.

• Oversee enterprise-wide process reengineering across various business units, geographical locations, and operational models.

• Convert operational and regulatory requirements into workflow solutions, system capabilities, automation prospects, and integration strategies.

• Evaluate production data, operational metrics, benchmarking, and root causes to pinpoint enhancements and guide decision-making.

• Develop, sustain, and manage enterprise process documentation, SOPs, process maps, controls, governance models, and operational frameworks.

• Integrate regulatory, compliance, audit, and risk management requirements into process design.

• Facilitate cross-functional governance forums and promote the adoption of standardized enterprise workflows.

• Guide and mentor Business Process Owners, operational leaders, and stakeholders strategically.

• Advocate for automation, workflow optimization, and initiatives involving emerging technology.

• Collaborate on technology strategy and operational transformation related to title production systems, workflow orchestration, and digital process enablement.

• Carry out additional duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 12 years of progressive experience in the relevant functional area.

• Proven leadership in enterprise-scale process transformation and operational modernization projects.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.

• Successful track record in leading complex enterprise process reengineering projects across highly matrixed, multi-functional, and geographically dispersed organizations.

• Extensive experience in driving enterprise process governance, workflow standardization, automation strategy, and large-scale operational transformation.

• In-depth knowledge of title insurance and escrow operations.

• Advanced experience with title production systems and platforms such as Ignite, FAST, SoftPro, ResWare, RamQuest, Qualia, or similar.

• Strong skills in strategic thinking, analytical reasoning, and executive-level communication.

• Capability to manage multiple high-impact initiatives simultaneously.

• Expertise in process mapping, workflow analysis, operational metrics, and data visualization tools like Visio, Lucidchart, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar.

• Digital and transformation-oriented mindset capable of driving organizational change and utilizing technology effectively.

• Executive presence with the ability to influence enterprise decision-making.

• Advanced understanding of process governance, operational risk management, compliance controls, and enterprise operating model design.

• Ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution.

• Extensive experience in the title insurance and escrow industry is preferred.

• Experience in leading enterprise workflow automation and operational transformation initiatives within title and escrow operations is preferred.

• Strong grasp of enterprise process governance, operational risk management, and regulatory compliance frameworks is preferred.

• Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or other continuous improvement methodologies are preferred.

• Experience with enterprise technology strategy, system configuration, platform modernization, or digital transformation involving title production systems is preferred.

• Proven experience in organizational change management and enterprise-wide adoption is preferred.
