Sales Operations Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with local and global stakeholders to determine root causes and outline existing and future processes.

• Develop requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Work in partnership with I&T to implement system fixes.

• Organize and execute end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including defining scope, selecting testers, preparing data, creating test scripts, managing defects, and obtaining sign-off.

• Monitor improvement requests until they are delivered.

• Identify and manage risks and dependencies.

• Ensure documentation is kept up-to-date.

• Facilitate a smooth handover to the permanent team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in business analysis or sales operations improvement.

• Capability to take ownership of delivery from the outset.

• Knowledge of the Opportunity-to-Order process, covering quoting, ordering, and transitions between sales, operations, and technology.

• Familiarity with CRM and quoting tools.

• Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and practical UAT.

• Confident in managing stakeholders across various countries and teams.

• Experience with Salesforce or CPQ is an advantage; familiarity with other CRM and quoting platforms is also valuable.

• Background in multinational, shared services, or global transformation is a plus.

• Exposure to automation or AI-driven enhancements is considered advantageous.
