This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders at the VP level.
• Translate business strategy into a cohesive people strategy.
• Identify organizational risks and opportunities, presenting options and trade-offs.
• Drive organizational interventions that align with business objectives.
• Assist leaders in navigating complex transitions and change.
• Develop operating models, structures, and capabilities.
• Offer executive coaching and consultation services.
• Support leaders in managing tension, trade-offs, and ambiguity.
• Enhance leadership capabilities in performance, talent decisions, and team dynamics.
• Assess talent requirements and design talent initiatives.
• Guide processes related to performance, development, and career advancement.
• Align total rewards and recognition with performance, business outcomes, and organizational values.
• Analyze workforce and business data, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
• Link people insights directly to business outcomes.
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence on complex business needs.
• Represent the PBP community in strategic cross-functional initiatives.
• Support M&A activities, integration, and other enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• Over 10 years of HR experience, with at least 7 years as an HRBP/PBP supporting senior leaders in complex, global settings.
• Proficiency in organizational design, talent strategy, workforce planning, performance management, executive coaching, employee relations, and change management.
• Capability to influence senior leaders, articulate complex organizational challenges, and propose strategic solutions.
• Strong business acumen, including an understanding of operating models and organizational structures.
• Ability to utilize both qualitative and quantitative data for informed decision-making.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments.
• Curiosity and eagerness to adopt AI and emerging technologies.
• Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree, accreditation in executive or professional coaching, experience in technology/engineering/product organizations, matrixed global organizations, and enterprise-level people strategy.
• Annual cash bonuses may be part of the compensation package.
