People Ops / Recruiting Evaluator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Examine and evaluate AI-generated deliverables, including documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.

• Utilize extensive expertise in People operations and recruiting to assess the quality of outputs.

• Analyze AI-created materials against specific quality criteria within the domain.

• Detect factual inaccuracies, aesthetic issues, and presentation flaws.

• Offer clear and structured written feedback.

• Engage in projects aimed at training and improving AI systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of pertinent professional experience in People operations or recruiting.

• Native or professional-level fluency in English.

• Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, particularly in Slides (Google Slides / PowerPoint).

• Advanced degree (Master's or higher) from a recognized institution is preferred.

• Must operate as an independent contractor.

• H1-B and STEM OPT candidates are not eligible.
