This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Support Rula’s People team by providing a smooth and organized experience throughout the employee lifecycle operations.
• Implement onboarding processes effectively.
• Oversee HRIS data management and changes throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Offer first-line employee assistance using AI and other tools within the technology stack.
• Ensure processes are clear, compliant, and efficient through scalable operations.
• Utilize actionable data insights to enhance People operations.
• Reduce operational friction in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in HR, people operations, or a related operational role.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace tools, such as Sheets and Docs, and/or Microsoft tools, including Excel and Word.
• Practical experience with an HRIS or similar system for maintaining data and managing employee lifecycle changes.
• Capability to handle sensitive and confidential employee information with a high level of discretion and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Preferred: At least 1 year of experience in a high-growth startup environment.
• Preferred: Basic understanding of HR compliance and policies.
• Preferred: Familiarity with ADP, ChartHop, Ashby, Confluence, Jira, or other HR systems.
• Preferred: Ability to work independently with general guidance, manage daily tasks, prioritize based on business needs, and address routine obstacles.
• Must reside in the United States; Rula is not currently hiring in Hawaii.
