Senior People Business Partner – GTM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with GTM leaders on priorities related to organization, talent, and leadership.

• Convert business requirements into decisions regarding people and organizational structure.

• Develop foundational people practices, encompassing onboarding, management routines, performance evaluation, development, and employee lifecycle processes.

• Assist in scaling the GTM organization through organizational design, workforce planning, and team structuring.

• Provide coaching to leaders and managers, delivering honest feedback.

• Lead initiatives focused on performance and talent, including development, retention strategies, succession planning, and performance management.

• Proactively identify organizational challenges and create effective solutions to enhance team performance.

• Support both employees and managers throughout the entire employee lifecycle.

• Take ownership of and enhance the HRIS and related people processes.

• Contribute to shaping the company's operational framework as it continues to grow.

⛳️ Requirements

• More than 5 years of HRBP experience.

• Significant experience collaborating with GTM organizations such as Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success.

• Proven track record of supporting senior GTM leaders in a rapidly expanding technology firm.

• Experience in cybersecurity is highly advantageous.

• In-depth knowledge of the operations and scaling processes of GTM organizations.

• Strong business insights and the ability to align people-related decisions with business objectives.

• Background in organizational design, performance management, talent planning, and employee relations.

• Proactive, hands-on approach with a strong sense of ownership.

• Capable of working independently in a dynamic environment.
