This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a strategic thought partner and trusted advisor to senior leaders in Software, AI/ML, Innovation, and Product Management.
• Convert business strategies, organizational priorities, and future capability requirements into people and organizational strategies.
• Offer insights on organizational health, talent trends, workforce capabilities, and overall business performance.
• Anticipate organizational challenges and pinpoint opportunities for enhancing organizational effectiveness, leadership capabilities, talent outcomes, and employee experiences.
• Provide guidance to leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, team structures, spans and layers, succession planning, and capability scaling.
• Set performance expectations that align with organizational goals and business outcomes.
• Coach leaders through intricate performance, talent, and employee relations issues.
• Direct talent planning, succession planning, talent reviews, and organizational capability initiatives.
• Evaluate development needs and assist in bridging critical capability gaps.
• Leverage people data and organizational insights to diagnose challenges and propose interventions.
• Support leaders in constructing high-performing, inclusive, and accountable teams.
• Design and implement change strategies for organizational transformation and business growth.
• Counsel through reorganizations, team restructuring, leadership transitions, workforce planning decisions, and significant organizational modifications.
• Assess organizational readiness, stakeholder impacts, communication requirements, and change risks.
• Aid leaders in navigating ambiguity while sustaining engagement, productivity, and organizational effectiveness.
• Identify organizational friction points and enhance team collaboration, communication, and execution.
• Lead or contribute to People strategies, policies, programs, and processes.
• Enhance People processes, systems, and programs, driving effective execution.
• Collaborate across the People organization on connected and scalable initiatives.
• Evaluate and improve remote and hybrid work environments and resources.
• Monitor employee feedback, engagement, and cultural metrics.
• Assess the effectiveness of People programs and suggest continuous enhancements.
• Serve as a senior subject-matter expert and thought leader within the People organization.
• Share expertise and best practices with People Business Partners and team members.
• Mentor and develop People Business Partners and other members of the People team.
• Establish and refine People Business Partner practices and frameworks.
• Influence stakeholders and drive alignment on complex, high-impact people initiatives.
• Represent the People organization in cross-functional and executive-level discussions.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Over 8 years of progressive HR/People experience, including substantial HRBP experience supporting technical organizations in a high-growth technology setting.
• Proven experience collaborating with senior and executive leaders within complex, rapidly scaling organizations.
• Familiarity with supporting technical organizations such as Software, AI/ML, Engineering, Product, Innovation, or other specialized technology functions.
• Capacity to translate business strategy into people strategy and influence organizational decisions at a senior level.
• Strong background in organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and change management.
• Proficient in coaching senior leaders through intricate performance, talent, organizational, and employee relations matters.
• Expertise in resolving complex interpersonal and team conflicts.
• Exceptional judgment and discretion regarding sensitive, confidential, and high-impact organizational issues.
• Comfort in navigating ambiguity and frequent change, coupled with robust problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and capability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Ability to establish credibility with senior leaders and influence stakeholders across cross-functional teams.
• Strong business acumen and capability to translate organizational insights into actionable recommendations.

• Proficiency in managing multiple priorities strategically and effectively.
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and drive complex work from strategy through execution.
• Willingness to travel 10–20% of the time.
• Authorization to work in the USA.
• A Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred as an additional qualification.
• Experience in both large technology firms and startups is an added advantage.
• Experience in building or scaling People programs, processes, or infrastructure in a high-growth environment is a bonus.
