This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the recruitment process for designated positions, which includes kickoff discussions, sourcing candidates, screening, conducting interviews, selecting candidates, and extending offers.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to outline role specifications and develop thoughtful, consistent interview methodologies.
• Ensure candidates and hiring teams are kept updated throughout the recruitment journey.
• Assist in crafting and revising job descriptions, as well as supporting job-level assessments, compensation, and promotion suggestions.
• Provide managers with clear and actionable advice regarding routine performance, attendance, behavior, and employee issues.
• Aid managers in documenting workplace and performance-related matters in an objective and consistent manner.
• Coordinate annual performance evaluations, employee feedback surveys, and other recurring People initiatives.
• Assist in enhancing performance improvement and employee development efforts.
• Manage People systems, implement updates, troubleshoot challenges, and collaborate with vendors as necessary.
• Support the maintenance of policies, mandatory training, employee acknowledgments, and ongoing compliance activities.
• Generate reports and track recruitment progress, program engagement, and essential People processes.
• Handle confidential data with care and identify situations that require additional support.
• Three to five years of progressive experience in People Operations, Human Resources, and full-cycle recruitment.
• Proven experience in guiding managers through employee relations and performance-related scenarios.
• Practical knowledge of employment regulations and workplace compliance.
• Familiarity with job classifications, salary scales, and compensation guidelines.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and employee information management systems.
• Experience with Paylocity is advantageous.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with the capacity to balance recruitment and People priorities effectively.
• Strong judgment, discretion, and confidence in managing sensitive information.
• Exceptional professional communication skills and the capability to collaborate effectively with employees and leaders across all organizational levels.
• PHR, SHRM-CP, or multi-state HR experience is a plus.
