This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a strategic consultant to leadership, HR partners, and Centers of Excellence regarding best practices in employee listening, measurement strategies, and research on employee experience.
• Identify organizational challenges, set listening objectives, and propose appropriate listening methods.
• Provide consultancy on enterprise-wide, pulse, lifecycle, and targeted listening initiatives.
• Advise stakeholders on survey methodologies, question formulation, benchmarking, reporting, and action planning.
• Oversee the creation of employee surveys and listening tools.
• Develop survey content, scales, open-ended questions, and research frameworks.
• Assist in qualitative listening activities such as focus groups, interviews, crowdsourcing, and other research endeavors.
• Evaluate and improve listening methodologies.
• Analyze both quantitative and qualitative employee feedback to uncover trends, opportunities, risks, and significant drivers.
• Integrate survey data with workforce and business data sources.
• Craft narratives and recommendations to help leaders grasp employee sentiment and prioritize their actions.
• Collaborate with data science teams to improve analytical capabilities and measurement strategies.
• Present insights, findings, and strategic recommendations to senior and executive stakeholders.
• Convert complex research and analytical results into actionable business narratives.
• Facilitate the interpretation of results, priority-setting, and action planning with leaders.
• Assist with executive communications and leadership presentations.
• Work alongside the Activation team to provide action recommendations based on feedback and data insights.
• Establish relationships and credibility as a trusted advisor.
• Keep abreast of leading practices in employee listening, organizational research, people analytics, and employee experience measurement.
• Identify opportunities to refine methodologies, reporting, and delivery of insights.
• Contribute to the advancement of the organization's listening strategy and analytical capabilities.
• Support innovative approaches that link employee feedback to business outcomes and organizational decision-making.
• At least 5 years of experience in employee listening, industrial-organizational psychology, people analytics, organizational research, employee experience, or a similar field.
• Proven experience in designing employee surveys, formulating measurement strategies, and conducting organizational research.
• Strong grasp of survey methodologies, research design, psychometrics, and best practices in employee listening.
• Experience in analyzing quantitative and qualitative data and translating results into actionable business insights.
• Excellent consulting, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Capability to influence leaders across all organizational levels.
• Outstanding communication and storytelling skills.
• Experience presenting to senior leaders and executive audiences.
• Proficiency in developing executive-ready reports, presentations, and insight summaries.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to connect employee feedback with business priorities and workforce outcomes.
• Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated experience utilizing AI-enabled analytics tools, prompt engineering techniques, and large language models (LLMs).
• Advanced skills in one or more statistical programming languages and analytics platforms, such as SAS, R, Python, or SQL.
• Experience in applying analytics tools for data preparation, statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and data visualization.
• Preferred: advanced degree, such as a Ph.D. in industrial-organizational psychology, organizational development, behavioral science, or a related field.
• Preferred: experience leading enterprise employee engagement, pulse, lifecycle, or organizational health surveys.
• Preferred: experience with driver analysis, predictive analytics, text analytics, and advanced research methodologies.
• Preferred: familiarity with employee experience, organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, workforce planning, and change management.
• Preferred: experience working in a large, highly matrixed organization and collaborating with senior leadership teams.
• Preferred: knowledge of people analytics, organizational research, and employee listening technology platforms.
