This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Assist in executing HR processes including onboarding, performance cycles, engagement programs, and data updates.
• Aid in collecting information for workforce planning or organizational updates under the supervision of senior PXBPs.
• Address employee inquiries and guide them to the appropriate resources.
• Support initiatives related to engagement, recognition, and inclusion through logistics, coordination, and communication efforts.
• Organize communications and training materials for change initiatives led by senior PXBPs.
• Help monitor adoption rates and gather feedback from employees.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development to schedule training sessions, manage attendance, and track completion rates.
• Assist in providing career development resources by collecting data or feedback from employees.
• Support the administration of performance management tools and reminders.
• Promote company values by preparing culture-related content, resources, or events.
• Generate basic reports from HRIS systems and update dashboards as needed.
• Ensure the accuracy of people data and assist in tracking metrics, including turnover, engagement, and headcount.
• Document employee relations cases and assist with scheduling, follow-ups, and policy inquiries.
• Escalate complex issues to senior PXBPs or PX leadership.
• Collaborate with COEs by sharing data, preparing materials, and ensuring consistent communication across PX teams.
• Assist in supporting global initiatives by coordinating deliverables and tracking their status.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or comparable years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to travel occasionally, up to 5-10%, for important events like team summits, training sessions, and conferences, with increased travel during peak business periods.
• Experience in coordinating HR programs or supporting HR operations is preferred.
• Basic understanding of HR processes such as onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Capability to learn HRIS and analytics tools; comfortable running standard reports.
• Familiarity with employment laws and HR best practices.
• Strong communication skills and a readiness to learn.
• Ability to build relationships and provide timely and helpful support.
• Comfortable working in dynamic and ambiguous environments with some guidance.
• Curious, eager to learn, and open to constructive feedback.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and proactive in resolving issues.
