People Operations Generalist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage onboarding operations, which encompass offer distribution, background verification, device procurement, provisioning, and the pre-employment experience.

• Enhance onboarding communications and procedures as cohort sizes expand.

• Oversee and refine offboarding processes.

• Take charge of optimizing the Rippling platform, including its configuration, workflows, integrations, and maintaining data integrity.

• Develop AI-driven systems and automation.

• Transform repetitive manual tasks into documented, repeatable processes.

• Assist in people programs such as performance evaluations, leveling, and employee recognition.

• Manage benefits and employment modifications across a US PEO and EOR employment in Portugal and Canada.

• Implement policies and ensure compliance, including immigration and work authorization, across operating regions.

• Report directly to the People Operations Lead.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in people operations or HR operations.

• Proven track record in managing and enhancing Rippling or a comparable modern HRIS; Rippling experience is highly preferred.

• Proficient in creating HRIS automation.

• Demonstrates high agency and a proactive approach.

• Excellent communication skills and capability to partner effectively across teams.

• Experience in multi-country environments with PEO and EOR models, preferably in the EU, UK, and Canada.

• Genuine enthusiasm for AI and proficient use of AI tools in everyday tasks.

• Direct experience in people partnering or coaching managers is a plus.

• Familiarity with immigration processes, including H-1B transfers, PERM, or work permit transitions, is advantageous.
