This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Serve as the primary contact for HR leadership and HR Business Partners, managing the enterprise or function relationship.
• Influence demand by transforming workforce concerns into decision-oriented inquiries and maintaining a continuous analytics roadmap.
• Advocate for governed self-service products through training sessions and office hours, assess needs, promote adoption, and communicate stakeholder feedback to product teams.
• Empower HR Business Partners to locate, interpret, and utilize governed products effectively.
• Oversee approved analytics projects from start to finish, ensuring analytical outcomes are relevant and impactful.
• Guide engagements through various phases, including framing, design, staffing, analysis, recommendation, adoption, and evaluation.
• Initiate engagements with a designated decision-maker, sponsor, inquiry, and hypotheses; redirect requests that lack value or clarity.
• Provide actionable, decision-linked recommendations with designated owners, presenting evidence, options, and trade-offs to executive audiences.
• Assess adoption and impact, concluding engagements with a definitive decision, assigned actions, and measurable outcomes.
• Channel needs towards governed self-service, coaching, support, data ownership, product backlog, or prioritized analytics projects.
• Supervise and verify analytic work across Minerva on platforms like Snowflake, SuccessFactors, SQL, Python or R, and visualization tools.
• Utilize regression analysis, hypothesis and significance testing, predictive modeling, survey design and analysis, workforce planning, and scenario modeling.
• Implement responsible data practices, ensuring privacy, confidentiality, validation, and responsible-AI protocols in handling employee data and recommendations.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in People Analytics, Workforce Analytics, HR Analytics, Talent Analytics, HR consulting, or a similar analytics advisory role that supports workforce and talent decisions.
• Proven experience collaborating with HR leaders, HR Business Partners, and business stakeholders to convert workforce challenges into analytics projects and actionable insights.
• Proficiency in applying quantitative analysis methods to workforce topics such as retention, engagement, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, performance, or talent management.
• Familiarity with SQL.
• At least one analytics tool or programming language experience, such as Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI, sufficient for evaluating methodologies and interpreting results.
• Preferred: Experience in managing end-to-end analytics consulting projects, covering problem framing, hypothesis development, recommendations, adoption, and impact measurement.
• Preferred: Advanced understanding of people analytics methods, including regression analysis, hypothesis testing, predictive modeling, workforce planning, and survey analytics.
• Preferred: Experience in presenting complex analytical results and business recommendations to senior leaders and executive audiences in clear, non-technical terms.
• Preferred: Experience with enterprise HR data environments and systems, such as SuccessFactors, Snowflake, or similar HR technology and analytics platforms.
