People Services Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Build collaborative relationships and influence business leaders throughout the organization concerning essential people outcomes, such as hiring, retention, engagement, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I).

• Strategically partner with business leaders to develop and implement people strategies and objectives.

• Ensure timely resolution of Human Resources issues.

• Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on performance management, employee relations, terminations, and conflict resolution.

• Assist in managing annual bonus and merit cycles across the region in collaboration with regional leadership and People Services team members.

• Work together with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation, HR Solutions, and other People Services teams on talent strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant HR experience in a comparable role.

• Experience in a large, multi-location matrix organization is beneficial.

• Possession of a degree and/or diploma in Human Resources.

• A CPHR or SHRM designation is advantageous.

• Proficient in MS Excel.

• Extensive experience with HR programs and policies.

• Strong computer skills with prior experience using MS Office applications.

• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Outstanding communication skills.

• Familiarity with current federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations related to HR.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
