Senior Payroll Processing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Oversee payroll processing for designated portfolios

• Ensure that all timelines for facility payrolls are adhered to

• Verify payrolls for precision prior to loading

• Prepare and submit transmittal files for banking

• Upload daily ACH and Positive Pay files

• Respond to escalated payroll inquiries from clients

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned

• Fundamental computer skills and effective communication abilities

• Experience in payroll and a comprehensive understanding of payroll processing protocols and regulations

• Capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

• Ability to work independently
