Senior Patient Recruitment Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Assist with initiatives aimed at patient recruitment, engagement, and retention.

• Oversee patient recruitment projects and facilitate delivery for complex cases.

• Organize materials, websites, and campaigns directed at patients.

• Collaborate with vendors and study teams.

• Track KPIs, metrics, and recruitment performance.

• Manage budgets, purchase orders, and project documentation.

• Contribute to creative recruitment strategies.

• Lead communications, presentations, and stakeholder management for clients.

• Proficient in working with metrics, KPIs, and project tracking.

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• 3-5+ years of experience in a patient recruitment setting.

• Proven experience in client-facing roles, including managing complex cases and engaging directly with clients.

• Direct experience in patient interactions is essential.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
