Senior Patient Recruitment Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Assist in initiatives focused on patient recruitment, engagement, and retention.

• Oversee patient recruitment projects and facilitate the delivery of complex cases.

• Organize materials, websites, and campaigns aimed at patient engagement.

• Collaborate with vendors and study teams.

• Track KPIs, metrics, and recruitment performance.

• Aid in managing budgets, purchase orders, and project documentation.

• Contribute to the development of innovative recruitment strategies.

• Direct client communications, presentations, and stakeholder management.

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• 3-5+ years of experience in a patient recruitment setting.

• Proven client-facing experience, including managing complex cases and engaging directly with clients.

• Required direct patient-facing experience.

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications.

• Excellent proficiency in English communication.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
