Senior Patient Recruitment Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Assist in initiatives for patient recruitment, engagement, and retention.

• Oversee patient recruitment projects and facilitate the delivery for intricate cases.

• Organize patient-oriented materials, websites, and promotional campaigns.

• Collaborate with vendors and study teams.

• Track KPIs, metrics, and recruitment effectiveness.

• Aid in managing budgets, purchase orders, and project documentation.

• Contribute to the development of innovative recruitment strategies.

• Direct client communications, presentations, and stakeholder engagement.

• Confident and comfortable in a client-facing capacity, including complex discussions and presentations.

• Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Adaptable and collaborative in nature.

• Proficient in working with metrics, KPIs, and project tracking systems.

• A degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• 3-5+ years of experience in a patient recruitment setting.

• Proven client-facing experience, including the management of complex cases and direct communication with clients.

• Direct experience with patients is essential.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Excellent proficiency in English communication.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
