• Design and implement detailed patient recruitment strategies tailored to meet the specific objectives of clinical trials, aligned with study protocols and timelines.
• Lead interdisciplinary teams in identifying and engaging target patient populations by leveraging data-driven insights.
• Establish and nurture partnerships with healthcare providers, patient advocacy organizations, and community groups.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and performance data to uncover trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and supervise patient-centric marketing materials and outreach campaigns.
• Offer training and guidance to project teams and staff regarding recruitment best practices, tools, and techniques.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory guidelines, and emerging technologies that impact patient recruitment and engagement.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field.
• Significant experience in patient recruitment or clinical research, demonstrating a successful track record of recruitment strategies within a clinical trial environment.
• Strong leadership abilities, capable of motivating and directing cross-functional teams to achieve recruitment objectives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build relationships with diverse stakeholders and effectively advocate for patient participation.
• Strong analytical capabilities, with experience in assessing recruitment performance metrics and utilizing data to inform strategic decisions.
• Creative problem-solver passionate about enhancing patient access to clinical trials and improving the overall patient experience.
• Proficient in digital marketing strategies and tools, with familiarity in utilizing social media platforms for outreach initiatives.
• Willingness to travel as required (approximately 20%).
