This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop the strategy for RevenueCat’s technology partner ecosystem.
• Determine partnership investments based on customer demand, adoption rates, strategic significance, commercial potential, and effort required.
• Enhance high-potential existing partnerships beyond mere integrations.
• Implement customer adoption, education, co-selling, incentives, distribution, and other go-to-market strategies with priority partners.
• Pinpoint emerging ecosystem opportunities and cultivate new strategic partnerships from concept through to launch.
• Construct business cases for new integrations and prioritize investment in those integrations.
• Establish a scalable framework for evaluating and assisting with inbound integration requests.
• Simplify the process for lower-touch partners to collaborate with RevenueCat.
• Define and report on ecosystem impact metrics.
• Collaborate closely with the Partnerships, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
• Assess existing integrations and partner relationships while taking ownership of the technology partner portfolio.
• Initiate distinct go-to-market strategies and convert high-value opportunities into signed or actively launching partnerships.
• Utilize performance data to realign ecosystem investment towards high-impact partnerships.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in partnerships.
• Significant ownership of technology, platform, product, or ecosystem partnerships.
• Experience in a startup or scale-up atmosphere.
• Proven track record of building or substantially enhancing a technology partner ecosystem.
• Proficiency in making informed decisions about where to invest and where to refrain from investing, along with the rationale behind those decisions.
• Experience in creating strategic partnerships from inception to launch, including identifying opportunities, formulating internal cases, engaging partners, and executing partnerships.
• Ability to derive value from partnerships post-agreement.
• Skill in developing innovative go-to-market strategies beyond conventional webinars, events, and partner marketing.
• Technical credibility to independently comprehend APIs, SDKs, technical documentation, and integrations.
• Commercial insight into customer value, adoption, distribution, and revenue generation.
• Experience in driving ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives from conception to execution with minimal guidance.
• Ideally, background in developer tools, mobile technology, payments, analytics, engagement, attribution, or another technical SaaS ecosystem.
• Ideally, knowledge of how developers assess, adopt, and integrate technical products.
• Willingness to experiment with developer and AI tools.
• Comfortable working within a fully remote team in an asynchronous environment using Notion, Slack, and Zoom.
