
Senior Partner Solutions Engineer – Federal Systems Integrators

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland, +2 more states.
• Act as the primary technical advisor to Cribl’s Federal Systems Integrator and consulting partners.
• Collaborate with SI capture and solution-architecture teams to strategically position Cribl within proposed program architectures during capture, proposal, and recompete stages.
• Develop and sustain reusable reference architectures, quick-start guides, and solution kits for SOC modernization, SIEM migration, Zero Trust data pipelines, compliance logging, cloud migration, and observability modernization.
• Create and implement partner enablement programs, including training sessions, bootcamps, whiteboarding workshops, and certification pathways across Stream, Edge, Search, and Lake.
• Provide executive technical briefings and cultivate technical champions within key partner organizations.
• Offer post-award technical assistance through office hours, architecture evaluations, and guidance on sizing and deployment.
• Collaborate with account SEs, sales, and partner managers on SI-led initiatives, ensuring shared account plans and regular technical interlocks.
• Convey partner field insights and feedback to Cribl’s product and go-to-market teams.
• Occasionally perform responsibilities outside of standard working hours to facilitate collaboration across different time zones.
• Over 5 years of experience in pre-sales solutions engineering or solutions architecture related to data, security, or observability platforms.
• In-depth hands-on experience in data pipeline architecture and familiarity with at least one major SIEM/analytics ecosystem.
• Proficient in authoring reference architectures that can be deployed by others.
• Solid understanding of the U.S. Federal market, including FedRAMP, FISMA, and government cloud deployment models.
• Experience collaborating with partners, channel organizations, or systems integrators as a primary technical audience, or equivalent experience within a Federal SI.
• A portfolio demonstrating personal contributions to technical content, such as reference architectures, implementation guides, labs, or training materials.
• Exceptional communication skills at both executive and practitioner levels.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
• Regularly present at partner sites throughout the National Capital Region.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25–35% of the time.
• Preferred: experience supporting Federal capture, proposal, or recompete cycles.
• Preferred: partner/alliance solutions engineering experience at an enterprise software vendor.
• Preferred: comprehensive knowledge in observability and data engineering, coupled with robust security experience.
• Preferred: relevant cloud, security, or vendor certifications.
• Preferred: active or prior U.S. security clearance.
• Preferred: established connections within the Federal SI ecosystem.
