Senior Partner Solutions Architect – Professional Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee technical enablement initiatives for partners adopting and implementing Chainguard Containers and Libraries.

• Collaborate with alliances and channel teams to identify capabilities, challenges, and go-to-market strategies.

• Foster joint strategies, value realization, and mutual growth.

• Create and manage partner-facing technical documentation, integration guides, reference architectures, and best practices.

• Provide support for post-sales technical engagements, including co-delivery, architecture assessments, and escalation assistance.

• Act as the principal technical liaison between partners and the Product and Engineering teams.

• Communicate partner requirements and feedback to shape roadmap priorities.

• Evaluate partner technical skills and design programs to bridge capability gaps.

• Maintain architecture documentation at the partner level.

• Disseminate best practices and lessons learned throughout the organization.

• Work collaboratively, teach, and learn with both the Chainguard team and the partner community.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4+ years of experience in a post-sales role supporting clients.

• Over 8 years of experience in developing high-performance multi-tier applications.

• Proven expertise in Kubernetes and Containers.

• Experience working within or with a partner ecosystem, including SIs, ISVs, resellers, or technology alliances.

• Familiarity with partner go-to-market approaches.

• Ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Proven track record in creating scalable technical enablement programs and content tailored for partner audiences.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology is required.

• Strong operational experience with software development processes, practices, and software engineering design principles.

• Capable of effectively collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams, alliances, and business partners.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

• Must be located in India.
