Senior Partner Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee Tines’ partner business in the Central US region.

• Take ownership of and implement the partner sales strategy for the Central region across Commercial, Enterprise, Strategic, and SLED segments.

• Activate key regional partners through collaborative business planning, account mapping, seller engagement, and technical support.

• Generate partner-sourced opportunities and manage the partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, revenue, and deal progression.

• Collaborate with account executives throughout the sales cycle to enhance account strategies and assist sellers in effectively engaging partners.

• Coordinate efforts among Sales, Sales Engineering, Alliances, Marketing, and Sales Development regarding key opportunities.

• Establish a regular schedule for pipeline reviews, partner engagement, performance evaluation, and follow-up actions.

• Modify investments when partner activities do not yield the expected results.

• Assist partners in understanding Tines 3B and translate opportunities in AI, automation, and integration into customer solutions.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of relevant experience in partner sales, channel sales, alliances, business development, or direct sales, or equivalent experience demonstrating senior-level commercial oversight.

• Proven track record of establishing or significantly expanding a territory or partner business in a startup or similar build-stage environment, creating structure, and achieving results with limited resources.

• Established productive relationships with at least two pertinent national or regional resellers, systems integrators, or services partners serving the Central US, with demonstrated success in converting those relationships into measurable pipeline and revenue.

• Experience in supporting various sales segments and tailoring partner strategies to meet diverse account needs and sales cycles.

• Capability to position a technical platform, engage partner sellers and technical teams, and identify when specialist support is required.

• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through skills, with the ability to influence colleagues and partners without direct authority and maintain an active presence in the field.

• Convenient access to a major airport.

• Ability to maintain regular in-person engagement across the territory.

• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.

• Tines is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa.
