This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Develop and implement the go-to-market strategy for channel and alliance partners across Brazil and Latin America.
• Foster and maintain relationships with regional consulting partners, GSIs, ISVs, distributors, and resellers.
• Oversee executive-level relationship management and contractual strategy.
• Propel market intelligence, sourced and co-sell bookings, as well as partner recruitment and activation.
• Spearhead partner enablement and ensure delivery excellence.
• Handle escalations, pipeline development, and nurturing of pipeline opportunities.
• Identify and cultivate new partnership prospects.
• Enhance existing partner relationships and create offerings and accelerators specific to Brazil and Latin America.
• Drive new growth initiatives.
• Collaborate across functions with Account Executives, Alliance Directors, Marketing, Product Development, Customer Success, and Sales Operations.
• Report directly to the Director of Partnerships & Alliances - LATAM and work closely with the Head of Sales in Brazil.
• A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in software and/or SaaS Partner/Alliances roles and/or consulting.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Portuguese.
• An undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.
• Consulting experience with Big 4 and/or Top Tier Consulting & Advisory Firms.
• Demonstrated ability to formulate and implement strategies involving multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in quota-carrying sales roles.
• Self-driven with a strong inclination towards action, results, and continuous improvement.
• Experience interacting in a cross-functional manner within a matrix-oriented environment.
• Capability to identify successful strategies and execute them effectively.
• Proficiency in engaging and collaborating with senior leaders and external partners.
• Strong negotiation, influencing, collaboration, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage various processes, programs, and procedures concurrently under pressure and deadlines.
• Outstanding judgment along with creative problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Adaptability in work approach according to business requirements.
• Reliable internet access for remote work.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.
