This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the technical strategy and development of practices for designated partners.
• Create technical account strategies that align with partner go-to-market priorities, industry strengths, delivery capabilities, target accounts, and service economics.
• Build trusted-advisor relationships with partner executives, practice leaders, solution architects, and sales engineers.
• Categorize partners based on their readiness and potential, focusing investments on scalable customer outcomes.
• Facilitate discovery and architecture workshops that link business outcomes to AI-ready data, analytics, automation, governance, and deployment requirements.
• Design secure cloud, hybrid, and on-premises architectures across Alteryx One, modern data platforms, and enterprise applications.
• Advise partners on Alteryx One functionalities, including Agent Studio, Alteryx MCP Server, AI Tool Palette, Ask Alteryx, Live Query, and Workspace Execution.
• Collaborate on joint architectures and integration patterns with Snowflake, Databricks, Google Cloud, AWS, Microsoft, and other strategic technologies.
• Assist partner-led initiatives from discovery through to technical closure, encompassing demonstrations, whiteboarding, solution design, objection management, security assessments, and executive presentations.
• Structure proofs of concept and Partner Acceleration Program engagements to achieve measurable outcomes and pathways to production.
• Drive qualification, design, proof, and production gates.
• Collect reusable evidence, reference designs, demonstration assets, customer validations, lessons learned, and delivery handoffs.
• Enhance Public Sector outcomes across various domains including government, defense, intelligence, public health, finance, infrastructure, transportation, human services, and public safety.
• Translate agency priorities into measurable outcomes while addressing secure data access, hybrid deployment, governance, lineage, regulatory compliance, accessibility, and responsible AI.
• Assist in partner-led account planning, capture efforts, and technical responses for procurement processes.
• Develop role-specific enablement for partner sellers, presales teams, architects, and delivery consultants.
• Mentor partner technical teams through hands-on builds, certification pathways, technical win strategies, and delivery quality evaluations.
• Create scalable assets such as demo environments, solution blueprints, reusable workflows, industry playbooks, competitive insights, and facilitator kits.
• Provide structured feedback from partners and customers to Product and Engineering teams.
• Monitor technical milestones, partner readiness, risks, outcomes, and attribution; deliver insights for Monthly Business Reviews (MBR) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR).
• Represent Alteryx at partner events, executive briefings, technical communities, and customer forums.
• A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in enterprise presales, solution engineering, solution architecture, or technical consulting across data, analytics, automation, AI, or related enterprise software.
• At least 3 years of direct experience working with partner ecosystems, including Global System Integrators (GSIs), regional System Integrators (SIs), solution providers, distributors, Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), or hyperscalers.
• Proven success in enhancing partner technical capabilities and facilitating partner-sourced or partner-led enterprise opportunities through to technical closure.
• Hands-on expertise in leading discovery sessions, designing architectures, creating compelling demonstrations, and defining outcome-based proofs of concept.
• Working knowledge of data preparation, analytics, workflow automation, governance, AI/ML, and agentic AI concepts, including APIs, OAuth, MCP, LLM integration, and human oversight.
• Experience with public cloud and modern data platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Snowflake, or Databricks, along with hybrid and on-premises integration patterns.
• Practical proficiency in SQL and familiarity with at least one relevant analytics or programming environment such as Alteryx, Python, or R.
• Executive presence with the capability to translate technical complexity into business, partner, and mission outcomes.
• Strong commercial judgment, prioritization skills, and written communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.
• Experience in supporting U.S. Public Sector agencies and their partner ecosystems.
• Alteryx experience or certification is preferred.
• Applied experience with Generative AI or agentic architectures, including RAG, MCP-based tool utilization, prompt and context design, evaluation, guardrails, and responsible AI practices.
• Experience in creating partner practices, packaged offerings, reference architectures, marketplace propositions, or managed services.
• Relevant certifications in cloud, data platform, architecture, security, or AI pertinent to the territory and partner portfolio.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
