This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take charge of the partner marketing strategy for Northern Europe, overseeing planning, execution, and tracking of ROI.
• Establish annual and quarterly joint marketing strategies, objectives, and success measures in collaboration with partners in Northern Europe.
• Document partner plans and manage executive business reviews, dashboards, and reporting metrics.
• Create and implement scalable demand generation programs for partners to enhance pipeline, awareness, and engagement.
• Design and execute campaigns and programs to foster awareness, engagement, and growth.
• Cultivate relationships with regional marketing teams and alliance managers to formulate go-to-market strategies.
• Collaborate with global marketing, product marketing, sales enablement, and regional marketing teams.
• Establish partner marketing targets, contribution goals, and metrics; analyze data and hold accountability for results.
• Oversee MDF budgets and funds to ensure partner investments yield pipeline and ROI, utilizing tools such as ChannelScaler.
• Advocate for partners internally amongst key stakeholders.
• Execute regional in-person and virtual activities for prospect and customer engagement.
• Drive demand through strategic joint marketing initiatives with resellers, MSSPs, GSIs, and distribution partners across the UKI, Nordics, and Benelux.
• At least 12 years of experience in marketing within high-technology firms.
• Minimum of 8 years of partner/channel marketing experience in the UKI, Nordics, and Benelux regions.
• Deep understanding of how to drive business and marketing through the partner community.
• Experience in a business-to-business (B2B) context; familiarity with high-tech products/services is essential; enterprise software experience is preferred.
• Proven event management experience, demonstrating the ability to manage events from start to finish.
• Comprehensive knowledge of marketing elements in SFDC, including Campaign Codes, Reporting, and Dashboards.
• Strong understanding of best practices in digital marketing and social media.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience managing multiple partners of varying sizes to create marketing programs suited to their objectives.
• Skill in reaching consensus and driving deliverables with various stakeholders inside and outside the organization.
• Experience in managing programs and budgets that align with marketing and sales goals and objectives.
• Exceptional project management, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and deliver campaigns punctually.
• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% to engage with partners, meet sales leaders, and attend events.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge and experience in partner marketing, field marketing, digital marketing, and events.
• Demonstrated experience leveraging AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows, and improve efficiency to drive business outcomes.
