This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the program for technology partner integrations, including the standards for evaluating, scoping, certifying, and sustaining integrations.
• Manage and prioritize the integration roadmap based on customer demand, technical viability, and company objectives.
• Oversee the entire program lifecycle, which encompasses partner intake, qualification, scoping, agreements, build coordination, certification, launch, and ongoing maintenance.
• Guide integrations to completion, collaborating with partner engineering, Chainguard Product, and Solutions Engineering teams.
• Maintain integration-related partner relationships, ensuring accountability through joint reviews and adherence to agreed timelines.
• Collaborate with the Legal team on partner agreements and the terms that govern partner access to Chainguard data.
• Monitor the health of the integration portfolio and escalate any stalled or degraded integrations.
• Convey partner requirements to the Product team to help shape the roadmap.
• Coordinate integration launches alongside Alliances, Product Marketing, and field teams.
• Act as a senior individual contributor, reporting directly to the VP of Alliances.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in technology partnerships, partner management, integration program management, or partner solutions.
• Technical proficiency to scope integrations and assess a partner's proposed design.
• Familiarity with containers, Kubernetes, and cloud-native infrastructure.
• Understanding of vulnerability management tools and the functionality of scanners.
• Experience in program management involving ambiguous, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Background in handling partner agreements and commercial terms in conjunction with Legal.
• Knowledge of the technology partner ecosystem and insight into how ISVs determine investment priorities.
• Capability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time.
