This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kazakhstan, +1 more country.
• Manage a designated portfolio of strategic technology ecosystem partners.
• Create collaborative business plans that include pipeline targets, revenue objectives, GTM strategies, and partner executive sponsorship.
• Act as the primary accountability point for the success of portfolio partners.
• Drive pipeline generation that is sourced or influenced by partners through joint selling, co-marketing initiatives, and account alignment.
• Collaborate with Sales to pinpoint priority accounts, aid in deal strategies and positioning, alleviate complexities in multi-party deals, and empower sales teams with partner messaging, playbooks, and competitive insights.
• Work alongside Product and Engineering to guide the integration roadmap and fulfill partner-driven feature needs.
• Partner with Marketing on product launches, field enablement, partner campaigns, and events.
• Collaborate with Finance and RevOps on forecasting, attribution, and reporting.
• Foster trusted relationships with partner executives and internal senior leadership.
• Represent the organization during executive briefings, partner QBRs, and industry events.
• Relay market trends, partner feedback, and competitive insights back to the business.
• Set success metrics for pipeline, revenue, adoption, and partner health.
• Maintain structured partner engagement, reporting, and internal alignment.
• Proactively identify gaps, risks, and opportunities, taking decisive action.
• Deliver active joint GTM initiatives, pipeline growth, sales adoption, executive relationships, and a sustainable partner engagement model within the first 6–12 months.
• 5–9 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or enterprise business development.
• Proven track record in B2B software, SaaS, cloud, or platform companies.
• Demonstrated success in collaborating with strategic partners, hyperscalers, infrastructure providers, and other significant ecosystem partners.
• History of driving pipeline or revenue rather than just maintaining relationships.
• Comfortable operating in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Strong commercial acumen; understands the nuances of deal closure.
• Executive presence with the capability to influence without direct authority.
• Highly organized, allowing for adaptability in uncertain situations.
• Effective communicator both internally and externally.
• Data-driven, process-focused, and accountable.
• Experience in scaling partnerships within a high-growth setting (preferred).
• Familiarity with global or regional partner ecosystems (preferred).
• Background in close collaboration with Product and Engineering teams (preferred).
