This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage a portfolio of technology and advisory partners across North America, overseeing recruitment, contracting, activation, GTM execution, growth, and high-level relationship management.
• Develop and sustain joint business strategies that encompass shared Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), target accounts, pipeline, Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), service goals, and operational rhythm.
• Foster partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipelines by collaborating with Account Executives (AEs) through joint account mapping, target-account planning, shared pipeline reviews, and multi-threaded relationships.
• Support partner sales and technical teams in understanding Abacum's value proposition, positioning, and essential use cases.
• Assist Abacum's AEs in collaborating with partners and jointly managing sales processes.
• Collaborate with Marketing on joint go-to-market initiatives, including webinars, events, co-branded content, integration marketing, and targeted campaigns.
• Contribute to the development of Partner Operations and the Abacum Partner Program, including tiering, incentives, playbooks, reporting, and scalable procedures.
• Work alongside Product and Partner Solutions on integration roadmaps and unified value propositions.
• Relay partner and market insights back into the organization.
• Engage closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Partner Solutions teams.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in partner management, channel sales, alliances, or business development within a B2B SaaS firm, managing systems integrators, advisory firms, or consulting partners.
• At least 4 years in a partner role that is pipeline- or revenue-accountable.
• Demonstrated success in transforming technology and advisory partnerships into sourced pipelines and finalized revenue.
• Ideal partnerships include those with ERP, accounting, HRIS, or other CFO office platforms, in addition to FP&A advisory and system integrators.
• Preferred experience in the CPM, EPM, or FP&A software sectors, or in selling to finance leaders.
• Strong sales experience in EPM without partner experience will also be taken into account.
• Proven ability to co-sell alongside AEs on intricate, multi-stakeholder mid-market and enterprise agreements.
• Confidence in formulating and presenting joint business strategies to partner executives and ensuring accountability among partners.
• Exceptional skills in relationship-building, communication, and negotiation.
• Comfortable interacting with partner leadership and CFOs.
• Analytical and operationally rigorous approach.
• Proficient in Salesforce, partner attribution, and pipeline metrics.
• Experience with Partner Relationship Management (PRM) tools is advantageous.
• Must be based in the US and willing to travel for partner meetings, prospect meetings, and industry events.
