This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +2 more countries.
• Develop and expand n8n’s Service Partner ecosystem throughout the DACH region.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard consulting firms, boutique systems integrators, and digital agencies in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
• Evaluate partner-market fit, technical skills, customer reach, and commercial viability.
• Build relationships with founders, practice leads, sales teams, and delivery teams.
• Design and implement onboarding, enablement, and certification programs.
• Assist partners in establishing n8n expertise, service offerings, and repeatable implementation capabilities.
• Develop playbooks, toolkits, templates, and best practices.
• Promote partner education across technical, sales, and go-to-market strategies.
• Enhance partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline growth.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.
• Create joint account plans, co-selling strategies, and collaborative business plans.
• Monitor partner performance, pipeline advancement, and revenue contributions.
• Plan and execute joint campaigns, webinars, events, and regional initiatives.
• Generate German-language content and marketing initiatives.
• Represent n8n at partner, industry, and technology events across the DACH region.
• Relay partner feedback internally to enhance programs, incentives, and product priorities.
• Utilize partner and performance data to enhance partner experience and operational efficiency.
• Contribute regional insights to n8n’s global partner program.
• Over 8 years of experience in business development, partnerships, alliances, or sales within rapidly growing SaaS or technology companies.
• Minimum of 3 years of direct experience working with service partners as a quota-carrying individual contributor.
• Proficient in both German and English.
• Strong comprehension of the technology and consulting landscape in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
• Established network or demonstrated success in building relationships within the DACH region.
• Experience in recruiting, onboarding, and scaling consulting, agency, or systems integration partners.
• Proven track record of managing partner-sourced pipeline or revenue targets.
• Experience in fast-paced technology settings.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
• Comfortable discussing APIs, integrations, automation workflows, AI, and automation technologies.
• Hands-on, data-driven, and builder-oriented mindset.
• Nice to have: experience with partner-involved deals in the €100K–€500K range.
• Nice to have: experience in regional go-to-market strategies, partner sales enablement, account mapping, and field collaboration.
• Nice to have: familiarity with iPaaS, workflow automation, AI, developer tools, or technical SaaS.
• Nice to have: experience with systems integrators and enterprises.
• Nice to have: established relationships in the DACH region with consulting firms, boutique SIs, digital agencies, or technology partners.
• Existing right to work is necessary outside Germany; n8n can sponsor visas to Germany.
