Senior Partner Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.

📋 Description

• Establish and maintain trusted relationships with partner engineers and technical leaders.

• Evaluate partner capabilities and provide enablement through workshops, hands-on labs, architecture sessions, demonstrations, certifications, and technical coaching.

• Collaborate with partner engineers during customer engagements, offering coaching in discovery, solution positioning, architecture, demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-value initiatives.

• Work in conjunction with Channel, Sales, and Solutions Engineering teams to synchronize technical investment with strategic partners.

• Create repeatable technical propositions and link enablement to quantifiable business outcomes.

• Provide guidance on Zero Trust, SSE/SASE, cloud and data security, identity, and AI Security.

• Gather technical feedback, competitive insights, and emerging customer needs from the Korean market.

• Integrate partner and market insights with APJ and global Zscaler teams.

• Report directly to the Senior Director of Solutions Consulting within the APJ Partner Engineering department.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fundamental understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience in leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions.

• Extensive experience in cybersecurity, networking, cloud security, or enterprise infrastructure, preferably in presales, solutions engineering, consulting, or a technical partner role.

• Demonstrated experience working with distributors, resellers, system integrators, MSSPs, service providers, or technology alliance partners.

• Profound knowledge of Zero Trust, SSE/SASE, cloud security, data protection, and identity security.

• Practical technical expertise in solution architecture, demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-value projects.

• Fluency in native Korean.

• Proficient business English skills.

• Capability to architect, deploy, and secure complex enterprise AI workloads, GenAI applications, and LLM integrations within zero-trust frameworks (preferred).

• Experience in building technical capabilities within the Korean partner ecosystem (preferred).

• Familiarity with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud (preferred).
