Senior Go Consultant – Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take charge of critical business projects after a focused onboarding period.

• Provide guidance to prominent market leaders and global organizations at both C-level and architectural levels.

• Create advanced software solutions and implement scalable architectural designs.

• Effectively convey technical visions and intricate concepts to clients.

• Work autonomously with an emphasis on achieving technical results and delivering sustainable business value.

• Share technical knowledge with Senior Engineers and colleagues.

• Operate under open-source-first principles while continuously enhancing your expertise.

• Occasionally offer on-site assistance to clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of demonstrable professional experience in Rust development.

• In-depth knowledge of concurrency patterns and the Go ecosystem.

• Experience in providing professional consulting services to clients.

• Ability to organize complex subjects and present them confidently to audiences.

• Willingness to supply Go code or project references upon request.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English for effective team and client interactions.

• Moderate travel willingness, approximately once every quarter.

• Commitment to full-time work.

• Experience with or interest in Go and Rust, along with relevant technologies such as TypeScript, Python, C++/.NET, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MQTT, React, Vue.js, Docker, Kubernetes, Grafana, Prometheus, GitLab CI, AWS, and Azure.
