This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Deliver advanced technical assistance for Microsoft-based systems, encompassing Active Directory, Exchange, Defender, Sentinel, Intune, Autopilot, and other applications within the Office 365 suite.
β’ Proactively oversee, troubleshoot, and resolve intricate issues related to device enrollment, onboarding, provisioning, and application performance.
β’ Execute system administration responsibilities, including system configuration, patch management, and software updates.
β’ Design, implement, and sustain backup and disaster recovery solutions for Microsoft environments.
β’ Collaborate with Level 1 and Level 2 support teams to escalate and resolve technical issues promptly.
β’ Provide assistance to L4 Consulting on project tasks as required.
β’ Carry out root cause analysis and implement corrective measures to avert recurring issues.
β’ Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting methodologies to maintain a thorough knowledge base.
β’ Engage in the adoption of DevOps practices and identify opportunities for streamlining and automation.
β’ Take part in project planning and the execution of IT infrastructure upgrades and migrations.
β’ Stay informed on emerging Microsoft technologies and industry best practices.
β’ Implement Conditional Access and MFA within the Azure tenant.
β’ Manage devices via Intune MDM/MAM, Autopilot, and Windows Hello for Business.
β’ Collaborate with Microsoft Security Products, including Defender, Sentinel, and Purview.
β’ Oversee identity technologies such as Entra ID, PIM, Least Privilege, and Access Reviews.
β’ Engage with clients to identify opportunities for addressing organizational challenges with additional products and services.
β’ Demonstrate leadership and organizational skills within a Managed Services team, client, or project setting.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional technology certifications (MCSE).
β’ Extensive hands-on experience with the technologies mentioned in the previous sections.
β’ Experience working in an office environment, including familiarity with office processes, procedures, and technology.
β’ Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both internal and external customers.
β’ Strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
β’ Must be a self-motivated individual with exceptional time management skills.
β’ Previous experience in a technical role within an IT Consulting and/or Managed Services environment.
β’ Familiarity with compliance models such as CMMC, PCI, HIPAA, etc., is a plus.
β’ Prior leadership experience in managing a services team, client, or project is an advantage.
