Microsoft 365 Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take charge of managed-service customers as their primary technical contact.

• Oversee Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, Microsoft Purview, Defender, and Teams.

• Support hybrid setups that include Active Directory, Entra Connect, and Exchange Hybrid.

• Establish and uphold security standards, Conditional Access, and Defender.

• Manage tickets, changes, and smaller-scale projects.

• Assist in automation efforts utilizing PowerShell and Microsoft Graph.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience working with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.

• Familiarity with hybrid environments, particularly Active Directory and Entra Connect; experience with Exchange Hybrid is a bonus.

• Strong expertise in Intune and Conditional Access.

• Proficient in PowerShell.

• Ability to work independently with a structured approach and possess excellent customer communication skills.

• Fluent in German.

• Preferred: experience with Purview and Defender, along with certifications like MD-102, SC-300, or MS-102.
