This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +2 more states.
• Act as the strategic technical advisor to EMEA partner leadership and manage technical relationships.
• Establish the vision for how Coder integrates into partners’ AI and modernization portfolios.
• Collaborate to create partner-specific sales strategies and Working Backwards outcome proposals.
• Design and deliver workshops, Builder Labs, enablement sessions, demonstrations, and interactive experiences.
• Engage in high-value partner-attached transactions through co-selling, technical discovery, PoV scoping, architecture reviews, and technical win support.
• Convert customized enablement sessions into scalable LMS modules and certification tiers.
• Create reference architectures that include deployment diagrams, network topologies, IAM patterns, and operational runbooks.
• Systematize partner engagements into repeatable GTM strategies and develop a playbook library.
• Develop AI-enabled self-service tools for PDE functions.
• Compile a monthly EMEA partner intelligence digest for Product, Engineering, and GTM leadership.
• Manage EMEA-specific aspects of joint technical integration roadmaps with key partners.
• Generate and disseminate Partner Relations content, such as blog posts, cookbooks, conference presentations, videos, and workshop summaries.
• Contribute to cloud marketplace listings, competency documentation, and CSP co-build technical requirements.
• Over 7 years of experience in Forward Deployed Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Field CTO, Technical Consulting, or Developer Relations at a company specializing in infrastructure, developer tools, or AI.
• Experience in assisting partners or customers to adopt products in emerging or undefined categories.
• Practical experience in deploying cloud infrastructure on AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure.
• Proficient in production-level Kubernetes and Terraform.
• At least 2 years of experience deploying or operating AI coding agents in production or near-production environments.
• Knowledge of agent loops, credential storage, governance, and audit requirements in European enterprises.
• Capability to articulate the differences between workspace-local agent tooling and centralized agentic harness architectures.
• Experience with channel or technology partners in co-sell models within the EMEA region.
• Proven track record in creating scalable technical GTM assets, enablement curricula, reference architectures, or content programs.
• Strong executive communication skills and Field CTO credibility.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of at least one additional European language is preferred.
• Excellent written communication skills for PR/FAQs, technical architecture documentation, and blog posts.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Bonus: Experience as a Forward Deployed Engineer, public technical advocacy, hyperscaler partner programs, familiarity with European regulatory environments, air-gapped deployments, AI governance, LLM gateways, human-in-the-loop workflows, Kubernetes certification, Tailscale, open-source contributions, partner ecosystem relationships, or fluency in German, French, or Nordic languages.
• Compensation range of £120K – £227K, with location-based compensation tiers.
