This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Define and design comprehensive AI Agent implementations across intricate enterprise settings.
• Establish integrations with CRMs, ERPs, ticketing systems, contact center technologies, and various enterprise applications.
• Address multi-system data flows, dependencies, and integration challenges effectively.
• Advise partners and customers on API architecture, authentication, data transformation, field mapping, error handling, and integration methodologies.
• Construct, configure, test, and troubleshoot integrations utilizing REST APIs, webhooks, JSON/XML payloads, and Postman.
• Work alongside Forward Deployed Engineers on complex or bespoke integration scenarios.
• Facilitate technical discovery workshops, architecture reviews, and solution design sessions.
• Convert customer workflows and business needs into conversational elements and dependable AI Agent functionality.
• Leverage LLMs, prompting techniques, embeddings, and context management to enhance agent efficiency.
• Assist in prompt design, conversational flows, guardrails, escalation logic, and voice setup.
• Evaluate architecture, integration reliability, agent quality, and real-world performance.
• Review solutions developed by partners and empower them to implement Parloa solutions autonomously.
• Identify and address delivery obstacles in collaboration with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and partner teams.
• Document reusable architecture models, implementation instructions, technical standards, and best practices.
• Over 4 years of experience in customer-facing technical roles within solution architecture, systems architecture, enterprise integration, technical consulting, or complex SaaS implementations.
• Background in collaborating with strategic partners, systems integrators, consulting firms, or partner-driven delivery frameworks.
• Strong systems thinking and experience in resolving intricate issues across various systems and data sources.
• Familiarity with enterprise SaaS platforms such as CRMs, ERPs, ticketing systems, contact center platforms, or workflow tools.
• Expertise in REST APIs, JSON/XML, Postman, and authentication mechanisms including OAuth, API keys, and JWT.
• Proficient in reading API documentation, defining field mappings, and troubleshooting integration functionality.
• Capability to assess technical viability, architecture integrity, scalability, security, and delivery risks.
• Practical experience with integrations, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Robust understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, conversational architecture, and enterprise AI processes.
• Skill in translating customer specifications into reliable prompts, conversational flows, and agent behaviors.
• Strong stakeholder and project management abilities, including leading workshops, discovery sessions, or architectural discussions.
• Excellent communication and consultative problem-solving skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• An entrepreneurial mindset, strong initiative, and adaptability to operate in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient written and spoken English is essential.
