Senior Experience Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee and direct design teams throughout various stages of project development

• Define project scope, establish timelines, and create strategic roadmaps

• Foster relationships with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional partners

• Conduct customer discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, workshops, and collaborative design activities

• Implement design-thinking and human-centered design practices

• Craft engaging narratives and articulate design concepts along with their business value

• Utilize AI tools to inspire innovation and expedite design processes

• Manage research projects and interpret complex data insights

• Offer thought leadership in pre-sales activities, go-to-market strategies, and business strategy discussions

• Assist in Human Centered Change initiatives, training delivery, and cross-functional projects

• Ensure and uphold high standards of design execution quality

• Steer teams towards meaningful design results and customer satisfaction

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in experience design, user research, interaction design, or similar areas

• More than 3 years of experience leading design teams and overseeing intricate design projects through their lifecycles

• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems and experience in solution design

• Background in consulting for enterprise-level technology transformation initiatives, preferably within Fortune 500 companies

• Strong expertise in AI tools, including generative AI and automation technologies

• Experience in Human Centered Change (HCC), training delivery, business strategy, or pre-sales/go-to-market initiatives

• Advanced proficiency in human-centered design, design-thinking methodologies, interaction design, and journey mapping

• Exceptional skills in visual design and prototyping

• Strong capabilities in research and synthesis of qualitative and quantitative data

• Strategic problem-solving, stakeholder alignment, and client relationship management

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and delivery frameworks

• Excellent presentation skills and ability to build relationships at the executive level

• Outstanding communication abilities and skill in managing challenging discussions

• A degree or equivalent relevant experience is required

• Availability to travel as needed, up to 50% of the time

• Prosci Certification is preferred

• Salesforce Admin Certification is preferred

• Salesforce Strategy Designer Certification is preferred

• Salesforce Agentforce Specialist Certification is preferred
