This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create precise floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, interior elevations, and millwork details utilizing drafting software.

• Transform designer sketches, space-planning ideas, and mood boards into cohesive construction drawing packages.

• Specify and document interior finishes, furniture arrangements, fixtures, and hardware specifications.

• Revise drawing sets in response to design modifications, client feedback, and site-condition adjustments.

• Collaborate with general contractors, MEP consultants, and vendors.

• Ensure that interior layouts and structural modifications comply with local building regulations, safety standards, and accessibility criteria.

• Prepare drawings based on provided plans and sketches.

• Deliver prompt updates regarding drawing progress and workload management.

• Oversee the daily workflow and output of the department, prioritizing and allocating projects.

• Ensure completed projects meet client and project specifications.

• Undertake additional job-related responsibilities as required.


⛳️ Requirements

• Upper-intermediate, advanced, or proficient English proficiency.

• Strong and demonstrable background and experience in engineering/architecture.

• High level of proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.

• Experience with 3D rendering software such as SketchUp.

• Familiarity with Revit, AutoCAD, and Lumion.

• Robust portfolio showcasing technical interior drawing sets, elevations, and detailed joinery.

• Comprehensive understanding of interior construction techniques, materials, and standard joinery details.

• Excellent spatial awareness, mathematical precision, organizational abilities, and keen attention to detail.

• Experience and proficiency in drafting using Autodesk AutoCAD and Revit.

• Professional demeanor and ethical conduct.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to communicate and relay information among expert teams.

• Ability to self-organize tasks and maintain meticulous records of activities and processes.

• Skill in identifying, establishing, and prioritizing tasks.

• Capacity to follow directives or specific instructions when required.

• Access to a personal computer (laptop/desktop) with internet connectivity.

• Proficiency in using Hubstaff time-tracking software.

• Work samples or portfolio necessary for initial screening.

• A 1.5–2 minute voice note in English detailing relevant work history, past responsibilities, and interest in remote opportunities in the U.S.
