This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Establish growth forecasts and paid social strategies for each account in the portfolio.
• Identify limitations in accounts related to offers, creative, and landing pages, and implement effective solutions.
• Create and manage creative testing roadmaps for various audiences, creative assets, offers, landing pages, and campaign frameworks.
• Take ownership of strategy and performance for a portfolio of DTC e-commerce brands.
• Convert business objectives into actionable paid social strategies that yield measurable outcomes.
• Direct account planning and propose initiatives aimed at enhancing acquisition, efficiency, and profitable growth.
• Collaborate with Growth Executives to execute strategic recommendations.
• Evaluate performance across Meta, TikTok, Triple Whale, Shopify, and various reporting tools.
• Track metrics such as ROAS, CAC, MER, NC-ROAS, and customer acquisition efficiency.
• Recognize underperformance and devise recovery strategies.
• Partner with Creative Strategists to refine messaging, hooks, formats, offers, and content themes.
• Leverage consumer insights and campaign learnings to shape creative direction.
• Stay informed about platform trends and opportunities on Meta and TikTok.
• Utilize AI tools daily for research, ideation, analysis, strategic planning, and enhancing workflow efficiency.
• Serve as the primary strategic contact for assigned clients on a day-to-day basis.
• Lead performance reviews, planning sessions, and strategy discussions.
• Present commercial insights and foster client retention.
• Become integral to the client portfolio, take charge of account strategy, and assist in the development of the Paid Social Manager.
• 3+ years of experience in paid social media within an agency or DTC e-commerce environment.
• Proven success in scaling brands using advertising on Meta and TikTok.
• In-depth knowledge of paid social strategies, customer acquisition, creative testing techniques, and full-funnel growth planning.
• Strong commercial insight linking marketing performance to broader business goals and growth results.
• Demonstrated experience in formulating account strategies that enhance customer acquisition efficiency, boost revenue, and drive sustainable growth.
• Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Triple Whale, Shopify, GA4, Meta, and TikTok reporting platforms.
• Excellent communication skills in client-facing situations.
• Experience in mentoring, coaching, or supporting junior team members.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Proactive, commercially focused, and comfortable taking charge of performance outcomes.
