This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Formulate, implement, and enhance a data-driven demand generation campaign strategy aimed at achieving global sales objectives for Network Observability.
β’ Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns, which involve strategizing, coordinating with internal team members, and monitoring key deadlines.
β’ Design and manage the demand generation webinar program for Network Observability, including communication with speakers, technical arrangements, promotion, rehearsals, and live hosting.
β’ Develop and oversee marketing strategies across direct sales, channel partners, and strategic alliances.
β’ Support the planning and execution of conferences and field events to stimulate meetings and engagement.
β’ Link marketing initiatives to pipeline generation through attribution analysis.
β’ Replicate and ensure quality control of programs and campaigns within marketing automation and CRM platforms.
β’ Plan and implement email nurturing campaigns, as well as event, product introduction, and new offering invitations for Network Observability.
β’ Utilize experimentation to drive, test, learn, and refine marketing campaigns.
β’ Collaborate with marketers to guarantee appropriate messaging, timing, and execution of multi-channel campaigns.
β’ Formulate regional demand generation strategies aligned with marketing-sourced pipeline objectives.
β’ Coordinate with SDRs on campaign outcomes, collect feedback, and generate ideas for optimization.
β’ Deliver ongoing reporting, campaign insights, and progress toward goals to stakeholders.
β’ Document processes in Confluence and SharePoint, as well as manage PowerPoint and project management tasks in Monday.
β’ Demonstrated experience and success in developing cohesive, multi-channel integrated campaigns.
β’ Strong project management, organizational, and communication abilities.
β’ Experience in a metrics-driven environment to assess how marketing efforts contribute to pipeline generation.
β’ Capacity to juggle multiple projects with overlapping deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
β’ Background in a B2B software marketing team.
β’ Preferred understanding of various sales channels, including direct sales, channel partners, and alliance partners.
β’ Required experience with marketing automation tools, such as Marketo, Pardot, or HubSpot.
β’ Preferred experience in content marketing and demo automation management, including tools like PathFactory, Consensus, or Storylane.
β’ Proficient in strategizing, writing, creating, and measuring email nurturing campaigns.
β’ Experienced in planning, managing projects, and executing webinar programs; familiarity with Zoom Webinar or Goldcast.io is preferred.
β’ Willingness and adaptability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team; experience with asynchronous work is beneficial.
β’ Proficient in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
β’ Exceptional attention to detail.
β’ Preferred experience with marketing reporting and attribution analysis.
β’ Strong interest and/or aptitude for utilizing AI in daily execution, planning, and reporting.
