This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Strategize, develop, and optimize Paid Search and Shopping initiatives to foster effective client growth.
• Implement high-quality campaign management practices.
• Convert performance metrics into actionable insights.
• Utilize automation and Bliss Point insights to minimize waste and enhance results.
• Establish and achieve Rocks with guiding KPIs.
• Collaborate with teams across Analytics, Creative, Product/Bliss Point, and Client Leadership.
• Provide mentorship to junior team members.
• Design and execute Paid Search/Shopping campaigns that align with client goals, target audiences, inventory, and ecommerce or lead generation realities.
• Identify trade-offs and present options.
• Relay performance updates and recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Contribute to QBRs with actionable next steps.
• Employ Google/Microsoft Ads, SA360/Skai, feed tools, and responsible automation to boost efficiency and outcomes.
• Leverage Bliss Point insights to guide optimizations.
• Identify data quality issues and provide organized feedback to product teams.
• Monitor performance on a daily and weekly basis, analyzing trends.
• Create basic A/B tests with defined success criteria.
• Predict expected impacts where possible.
• Ensure data integrity across tagging, feeds, and tracking.
• Collaborate with Analytics to verify readings and address anomalies.
• Document playbooks and how-to guides for consistency.
• Eliminate waste in spending and processes, prioritize tasks against Rocks, follow through to achieve impact, and share insights.
• Test and implement relevant platform/Bliss Point features with documented effects.
• 4–5 years of experience in executing Paid Search/Shopping with complete ownership of builds, launches, pacing, and optimization.
• Proven experience managing monthly budgets exceeding $75K.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Merchant Center.
• Familiarity with SA360 or Skai.
• Experience using competitive tools such as Auction Insights, Adalysis, Adthena, or SpyFu.
• Knowledge of GA/GA4.
• Advanced skills in Excel/Sheets.
• Capability to create clear performance narratives and basic forecasts.
• Ability to design and implement A/B tests.
• Strong client-facing communication skills.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to mentor and delegate tasks to junior team members.
• Google Search & Shopping certification, or completion is required within the first 60 days.
• Additional Google certifications are advantageous.
