This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Design, implement, and manage multi-channel demand generation campaigns utilizing email, paid social, SEM, retargeting, and organic channels.
• Take ownership of marketing-sourced pipeline goals and analyze campaign performance relative to revenue targets.
• Oversee the demand generation budget, monitor expenditures against ROI, and adjust allocations based on channel effectiveness.
• Manage funnel content from start to finish, including blog articles, ebooks/guides, landing pages, and nurture email copy.
• Ensure that campaign content aligns with current positioning and messaging strategies.
• Create a scalable content calendar and establish a production workflow.
• Develop and oversee lead nurture email programs and campaign workflows within HubSpot.
• Collaborate with the GTM Engineer to address campaign automation and data needs.
• Monitor and resolve campaign-level workflow issues and escalate any systemic challenges.
• Collaborate on the promotion of webinars and events, aiming for registration targets and post-event lead nurturing.
• Work with Product Marketing on narrative development, positioning, and competitive messaging.
• Collaborate with SDRs to ensure smooth lead handoff, provide feedback on MQL quality, and track conversion metrics.
• Evaluate campaign and content performance to enhance MQL volume, conversion rates, and cost per acquisition.
• Experiment with emerging channels and AI-driven marketing/content tools.
• Report to the VP of Marketing and work collaboratively across Product Marketing, Commercial Enablement, Event Marketing, Strategic Partnerships, and SDR teams.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is required; a combination of education and experience will also be considered.
• 3–5 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or a similar B2B marketing role.
• Background in healthcare, healthcare technology, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), or a similar complex B2B industry is advantageous.
• Practical experience with marketing automation platforms, particularly HubSpot, and CRM systems, including Salesforce.
• Excellent writing skills for independently creating blog posts, email content, and landing page copy.
• Strong analytical abilities and experience in interpreting campaign performance data.
• Capability to collaborate with a technical GTM/RevOps function regarding automation and data needs.
• Consistent and reliable attendance is expected.
• Proficient in using MS Office, Zoom, and other learning technologies.
• Effective project management and prioritization skills.
• Ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Self-motivated and able to navigate ambiguous, cross-functional challenges independently.
• Skill in translating technical workflows into accessible language for Sales and Marketing stakeholders.
• A tendency towards experimentation and iteration, particularly with AI-enabled content and marketing tools.
• Capacity to work at a computer for extended durations.
• Minimal travel requirement of less than 20%.
