This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the development of SeatGeek’s paid media strategy across video, audio, display, YouTube, and emerging channels.
• Assess channels, partners, networks, and types of inventory within the overall media mix.
• Experiment with new channels, formats, publishers, and inventory to discover scalable growth opportunities.
• Aid in the daily management of campaigns from planning through launch and reporting.
• Collaborate with agencies and media vendors on recommendations, campaign setup, and timely execution.
• Analyze assumptions related to audiences, budgets, reach/frequency, inventory, and measurement.
• Track campaign delivery and performance, identifying real-time optimization opportunities.
• Directly manage selected campaigns within buying platforms, including setup, targeting, pacing, optimization, and reporting.
• Oversee budget trackers and assist with media invoicing and reconciliation.
• Create and implement a testing roadmap that evaluates channel effectiveness, audiences, creative, and frequency.
• Work with analytics teams on incrementality testing, attribution, and other measurement strategies.
• Utilize insights to enhance media strategy and investment decisions.
• Prepare monthly and ad hoc reports.
• Partner with Creative, Analytics, and marketing teams on paid media planning, execution, and evaluation.
• Cultivate relationships with agency, platform, publisher, and measurement partners.
• A Bachelor’s degree and over 4 years of experience in media planning, buying, performance marketing, integrated marketing, or a related discipline.
• Practical experience with at least two of the following channels: DRTV, CTV, Audio, Display, Online Video, or other paid media formats.
• Strong grasp of media planning essentials, including audience strategy, reach and frequency, flighting, inventory, and budget allocation.
• Experience collaborating with media agencies and/or directly with publishers.
• Excellent analytical abilities and a keen interest in advanced measurement techniques, especially incrementality.
• A performance-driven mindset, capable of leveraging data to inform investment recommendations.
• Proficient in managing multiple campaigns, partners, timelines, and priorities simultaneously.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, comfortable engaging with various stakeholders.
• A proactive and inquisitive attitude; eager to explore how media operates, challenge assumptions, and seek opportunities to enhance performance.
