This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +27 more states.
β’ Strategize, create, and concurrently manage multiple digital advertising campaigns for a portfolio of small to medium-sized enterprises.
β’ Assess campaign performance in relation to client objectives, conversions, and key events.
β’ Provide regular updates to clients regarding the progress of their digital initiatives.
β’ Prepare client deliverables from the initial project kickoff documentation through ongoing reporting.
β’ Guide clients in achieving their business objectives through digital advertising strategies.
β’ Support senior team members with account-related tasks.
β’ Evolve into a technical resource for other departments.
β’ Work autonomously on assigned accounts while collaborating with the team on execution and strategy for more complex accounts.
β’ A minimum of 2-4 years of experience managing paid advertising programs.
β’ Familiarity with advertising tools such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
β’ Proficient in Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Google Docs.
β’ Knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot Analytics, or similar platforms.
β’ Outstanding written and verbal communication, along with strong presentation skills.
β’ Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
β’ Capacity to work independently as well as in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
β’ Proven experience in managing multiple projects and paid advertising campaigns at the same time.
β’ Nice to have: Familiarity with WordPress or a comparable content management system (CMS).
β’ Nice to have: Understanding of best practices for landing page optimization and techniques.
β’ Nice to have: Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, or Monday.com.
β’ Nice to have: Experience with pixel tracking and conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager or similar methods.
β’ Nice to have: Experience using reporting tools such as Google Data Studio, NinjaCat, TapClicks, or equivalents.
