This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
• Take charge of Meta and Google strategies, executing daily operations across accounts, which includes building, structuring, budget management, testing, and scaling efforts.
• Oversee a combined monthly expenditure of over $100K, aligning with MER, ROAS, and CPA objectives.
• Implement Meta Advantage+ and CBO frameworks, ensuring signal quality is protected, and configure and validate pixel, CAPI, and event quality.
• Manage Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube, handling asset groups, exclusions, signal inputs, and settings for new customer acquisition.
• Maintain end-to-end health of Merchant Center and product feeds; troubleshoot disapprovals, identify feed gaps, and resolve Shopify synchronization issues.
• Formulate and advocate for strategies regarding branded spending and incrementality in discussions with clients.
• Determine budget allocation between Meta and Google when both platforms report similar conversions.
• Conduct structured creative testing, provide creative briefs, critique deliverables, and link creative performance to in-platform decisions.
• Assist with TikTok and additional channels that impact designated accounts.
• Lead the paid media segment of client meetings, articulate performance insights, recommend actions, and challenge requests that do not align with client interests.
• Manage 3 to 4 client accounts for premium and luxury DTC brands.
• 5+ years of direct experience in paid media within an agency or a rapidly growing brand.
• Profound expertise in at least one of Meta or Google, along with verified, hands-on experience with the other; must have personally managed both platforms.
• Managed monthly budgets exceeding $100K, demonstrating documented efficiency improvements with significant spending on each platform.
• Strong foundational knowledge of Meta, including Advantage+, CBO, signal quality, and CAPI.
• Solid understanding of Google fundamentals such as Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Merchant Center, and troubleshooting feeds.
• Experience in DTC or e-commerce environments.
• Experience with premium or luxury Average Order Value (AOV) is a significant advantage.
• Proficiency in GA4, Looker Studio, Shopify, and attribution methodologies.
• Fluent and confident in English, with strong communication skills for client interactions.
• Capable of managing multiple accounts in a dynamic remote setting.
• Must be based in the US or Canada, with availability to align with US time zones for client calls.
