This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist with the daily management of the agency’s operations across paid search, display/programmatic, paid social, and affiliate channels.
• Oversee and enhance performance throughout the marketing and enrollment funnel, focusing on engagement, lead generation, application, and enrollment metrics.
• Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to facilitate data-driven decision-making and ongoing enhancements.
• Aid in the development and implementation of paid media strategies for 10–12 small to medium university partner accounts.
• Assess campaign effectiveness and convert insights into actionable recommendations.
• Administer quarterly and annual media budgets.
• Supervise media expenditure and pacing.
• Foster relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including the integrated marketing team, agency partners, and advertising platforms.
• Act as the primary contact for designated partners and internal teams.
• Convey updates on performance, strategic adjustments, and opportunities for optimization.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on paid media best practices.
• Attain annual targets for leads, applications, and enrollments; meet LTV:CAC ratios; and manage quarterly budgets within +/- 3% of objectives.
• Broaden full-funnel marketing strategies, incorporating paid social and video, while reducing year-over-year cost per acquisition (CPA).
• Streamline, automate, and standardize processes wherever feasible.
• Create and adhere to clear work plans.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related discipline.
• A total of 3–5 years of experience in Higher Education paid media at the Media Manager and/or Media Specialist level.
• Passion for and interest in the Higher Education sector.
• A positive, collaborative attitude with a strong sense of teamwork.
• Proficient problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Capability to meet deadlines and demonstrate adaptability as partner and organizational priorities change.
• A data-driven mindset to define KPIs, develop business cases, and quantify project value (preferred).
• Master’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred).
