This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada, +1 more country.
• Take charge of the Meta and Google strategy as well as daily operations across client accounts, encompassing build, structure, budget management, testing, and scaling.
• Oversee a monthly expenditure exceeding $100K in total, ensuring alignment with MER, ROAS, and CPA objectives.
• Execute Meta Advantage+ and CBO frameworks, maintain signal quality, and configure and quality assure pixel, CAPI, and event quality.
• Manage campaigns across Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube, which includes asset groups, exclusions, signal inputs, and settings for new customer acquisition.
• Take complete ownership of the Merchant Center and ensure feed health from start to finish, identifying disapprovals, feed gaps, and Shopify synchronization issues.
• Formulate and advocate for strategies concerning branded spending and incrementality with clients.
• Allocate budget appropriately between Meta and Google when both platforms report the same conversions.
• Spearhead structured creative testing, provide briefs for creative, evaluate deliverables, and link creative performance to platform decisions.
• Offer support for TikTok and other channels where they impact client accounts.
• Lead the paid media segment of client calls, articulate performance insights, make recommendations, and respectfully challenge requests that do not benefit the client.
• Manage 3 to 4 client accounts with a combined monthly spend of over $100K on Meta and Google.
• At least 5 years of practical paid media experience in an agency or fast-growing brand environment.
• Extensive expertise in either Meta or Google, with demonstrated, hands-on experience in the other platform.
• Directly managed both Meta and Google campaigns, rather than merely overseeing them.
• Personally handled monthly budgets exceeding $100K, showing documented efficiency improvements and significant expenditure on each platform.
• Strong foundational knowledge of Meta, including Advantage+, CBO, signal quality, and CAPI.
• Robust understanding of Google fundamentals, such as Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Merchant Center, and feed troubleshooting.
• Experience managing DTC or e-commerce ownership.
• Experience with premium or luxury average order value (AOV) is a notable advantage.
• Proficiency in GA4, Looker Studio, Shopify, and attribution methodologies.
• Fluent and confident in English with excellent client communication skills.
• Comfortable overseeing multiple accounts in a dynamic remote work setting.
